Returns and refunds

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with swaps or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee is non-refundable and Sanlike does not cover it.

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, your replacement will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically replaced with your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
