Where is my order?


Typical shipping timeframes are as follows:

USA: Standard 7-20 days

Europe: 8 - 20

Times may vary due seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier. Please allow until the maximum amount of days for your order to arrive.



How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.



I just placed an order and I was sent to a Thank You page ,where can I find details my order?

If you’ve checked “Create an account” box during the checkout process, you’ll be able to find your orders by going into your account; just click on My Account at the upper-right corner of the website and find the <ORDER> button where you’ll see all of your orders.

You should also get a copy with the details of your order in your email inbox. If it is not there, please check your spam/junk folders just to be sure. 99% of the time you’ll find our emails there.



How can I cancel my order?

Since we process and ship out orders within 24 hours, once you place an order on our site you cannot cancel it. If you would no longer like to receive your order you may send it back to us for a full refund. Please email our support team at lijie@sanlike.com for more information and assistance.


What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

Usually, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. You can sign up to receive an email the moment a product is back in stock if an item is not available. However, demand can sometimes outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as we can.


Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?


Yes, you can return & exchange within 30 days of delivery. For more information, see our Returns & Exchange policy.
How Do I View My Order Status?

You can click Order Status to see an itemized list of every order you've placed with sanlike.com. You'll need to be logged in before you can access your orders.

You can view each order’s:

- Invoice number

- Total cost

- Payment method

- Shipping method

- Shipping status

- Link to tracking info



Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is because we use several fulfillment warehouses in China and U.S. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

Wantdo.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal etc payment methods。


What is your refund policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All must be in their original, unopened packaging in order to receive a full refund. Please contact shopify_service@outlook.com for refunds.
